• Partial Refund Policy: If a client is unsatisfied with the service and requests a refund, a maximum of 40% of the total project value (representing our profit margin) is eligible for return.
• Non-Refundable Costs: The remaining 60% is strictly non-refundable, as it covers non-recoverable expenses including team salaries, premium software/tool subscriptions, office rent, and administrative overheads.
• Ad Spend Disclaimer: Budget for Google/Facebook/YouTube Ads must be paid by the client. This spend is paid directly to the platforms and is entirely non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities (Obligations)

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary platforms (Ads Manager, Analytics, etc.).
• Supply brand assets (logos, content, images) promptly.
• Delays: Kanok Miah is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Website Content: All text, blog articles, case studies, and design elements on kanokmiah.com are the exclusive property of Kanok Miah.
• Project Deliverables: Ownership of final project deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment is received.
• Copyright Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any materials (images, text) they provide to us. Kanok Miah is not liable for copyright issues arising from client-provided assets.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Results

• Platform Risks: We are not liable for account suspensions, policy changes, or algorithm updates by third-party platforms like Google, Meta, or YouTube.
• SEO Results: We use industry-standard white-hat techniques, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or “Position #1” as search engine algorithms are beyond our direct control.

7. Confidentiality (NDA)

We are committed to protecting your business data. Any sensitive information, login credentials, or strategies shared during the project will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kanok Miah provides this website on an “as is” basis. In no event shall Kanok Miah be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of revenue or data) arising from your use of this website or our services.
